Policing the Police

This blog is  for  people  to  tell  us  their stories of  the  Misuse  of Authority by  Police  Officers.  I  made this  blog  because I have had it , being provoked , screamed at , name calling over simple traffic violation Over the years i have heard so many stories from people some very serious   I myself have been in these types of situations and you feel very degraded by them. I am really lucky "sarcastically saying" to have the wonderful Porter County and Valparaiso police department to terrorize me and my family and friends who do you have? This Blog isn't all serious and no fun
if you know of any cool bars, hangouts  in the Valpo area  lets  hear about  them !

Here's one for the books and also to get free money from false statements genersted from the local sherrif.

We were driving in a field beside our house. It was snowing and my hubby was driving up the side of the ditches (they go up towards the road) and just fucking around. The truck is a 4x4 so it was fun until the hitch in the back got us stuck between the hill and field.
We tried but were stuck so just walked back 1/8 mile home and later after we had drank a few we decided to call the AAA towing and have thm bring it back to the driveway.
The tow truck dickfuck came and told my hubby he had to drive it as he pulled. What we didn't know is he called the cops and told them we wrecked!!
We never wrecked! So the cop came and my hubby drove the truck back through the field and went home waiting for me.
The fuckface cop asked me what happened and I told him but he insisted that we went off of the road.I told him no.Then he asked if my boyfriend was driving.I told him he was my husband and the tow truck dick told him too.He then said it looks like your boyfrind left you.I yelled he isn't my boyfriend and we live right there!
So he got me for disorderly and said my 14 yr old son was going to be taken away because he was standing there.I told him he was fine to be alone but he said 14 yr olds wern't alowed to be alone. So the neighbor came and took him for the 4 hours we were fucking gone.
So my hubby came back to see what was going on and the pig arrested him for DUI,wreckless op.

So we went to court the lawyer was a dumb bitch it was still stated that we were on the road driving which we never were. The tow truck driver was the one who told him he had to drive and the cop was a fuck head who kept calling him my boyfriend.
Hubby lost his license for a year plus fines and attorney fees.
The sherriff who was a dickhead motherfucker still goes by the house and has pulled my hubby over 3 times since that incident to get the city more money.
The towtruck driver has since been fired.

Now how in the fuck can you be on private property, never on the road, wasn't drinking when it happened and didn't think you had to drive when the towdriver shows up and get all of this fucking shit? All within shouting distance of home?!

i was coming home from a double date with my sister taj her date Stephan me my date and my dates friend.we got pulled over and when the cop approched the window he had asked for the registration and stuff and told us he pulled us over for no brake light and because of seat belts. He looked in the backseat and asked my sisters date stephan to roll down his window. he did and because he had seen a tattoo on stephans face the officer asked to see his ID when he got the idea it was Stephans jail ID stephan had jus got out . the officer asked him if he was in prison stephan said yes it was for luting in florida after hurricane katrina. anyway the cop gave him his ID back then went to his car got his K-9 and threw a tennis ball at the car, which made the dog go after the car. the cop started to go around the car with the dog and i didnt hear the dog bark but the cop said that he did so the cop took steven out to search him first because he was the driver.the cop couldnt roll up the automatic window so i called him a dumbass so he made me stand out side in below 0 weather with no jacket for 45 minutes while hthey searched the car,my sister, stephan, and my bf's friend mike. While waiting in the freezing cold you can imagine we were getting angry so everyone would just talk shit to the cops.I was telling the cops that they had to inform us they didn't they had to ask us to search the car, and they didnt so he was getting mad so the cop started to call me a dumbass and told me i wasnt educated and i mentioned mydad adn th ecop said he wouldnt be surprised if he wasnt educated. Mike went to jail that night for having a pipe and rolling papers he stayed in jail for 4 days and he had to pay $710 to get out.The cops also kept threatening to throw us in jail the whole night and treated us teenagers like we were dumb, worthless ppl. i didnt appreciate the cop saying that my father the man he has never met isnt educated. The whole time we had to wait ouside in below 0 weather while the pigs searched the car and they wouldnt give us our coats and were being completely apathetic I believ the behavior of these men was unexceptable and of course there is nothing we can do about it. All I can say is that what goes around comes around and every cop that has ever been a asswhole because he can get away with it will get what they deserve and i hope it happens sooner rather than later.

Personal experiences with uniformed goons have been infrequent in NW Indiana. Citizens must wonder if some cops are misguided or simply too ignorant to realize when they are abusing authority. Google "Robert Jordan lawsuit" and learn about the applicant who was deemed too smart to be a cop since he had an IQ of 125!

After encountering a traffic jam at the strip plaza next to WiseWay on Calumet Av, in front of Hilke Nutrition store, I noticed a cop car was responsible. I initially assumed it was a serious matter requiring the cop car to impede traffic flow, such as a medical issue or robbery. I came to learn the cop (brainless state trooper) was only issuing a seat belt infraction upon interacting with his victim inside Hilkes. This stooge needlessly impeded traffic flow for 5 minutes, requiring vehicles to back up and/or find an alternate route.

I sent a brief email to the Super Troopers and was amused by their reply, despite being aware of the fact cops are reluctant to admit when they fail to exhibit common sense. This was not the first time I've heard the lame "officer safety issue" excuse to to justify their conduct. Don't ask me how expecting this lawmen to position his car to permit (5 mph) traffic flow through the area was deemed a safety issue. Although this was a minor annoyance it served to underscore the fact cops frequently fail to exhibit common sense........ and NEVER admit to a mistake.

BTW: Stumbled across this site while researching "misuse of authority". Court TV show presented brief segments on cops caught on camera abusing authority. Every citizen interested in this topic should visit badcopnews. Law enforcement must realize they can no longer conceal their indiscretions in the information era....and this site illustrates that point. Although polls reveal the profession continues to experience a decline in public trust it appears they have no intentions of correcting the problem.

My experiences with rogue cops dates back some 10 years and has revealed far too many cops are a menace to society, with lawless conduct overlooked by peers and supervisors.

Subsequent research confirmed the problem is organizational, i.e., law enforcement has proven incapable of policing themselves.
